It's Clementine, Darling TM jewelry is actually a second incarnation of our original brand and concept, Whirly Girls TM. Although the company name has changed - that's the only difference you'll find. Same original founders, same great company philosophy, same talented designer and the same team of incredible independent sales reps. So, if you see the name Whirly Girls TM anywhere in this site, know its because some of our early accomplishments were made under that brand label .... and the new name just reflects a celebration of a change in the company that allowed us to move away from one of our early, non-contributing partners.
Our philosophy is simple. We love people, our families, good friends, girlfriends, children, babies, dogs and beautiful, unique jewelry. And we love doing good things for good people. We are passionate about always keeping our designs fresh and unique and have no interest in being like so many of those copy-cat jewelry companies out there.
Our customers revel in the knowledge that the majority of our line is comprised of limited edition pieces - we rarely make more than 20 of any one piece, so women know they are wearing unique, fabulous jewelry that is not something they'll often see anywhere else. Who wants to be ordinary? Not us! And not our customers!
We put as much passion into supporting the communities in which we live and the things that are important to our customers as we do into designing our jewelry. Its important to us to spend our lives trying to make a difference ... and when you see our line of Spiritual jewelry or our line of Cause-Related jewelry, which is intended to raise awareness about diseases like Cancer, Breast Cancer, Heart Disease, Alzheimers, Diabetes, Domestic Violence and a myriad of others, you'll see what we mean.
We are constantly reaching out to not-for-profit groups, school and parent organizations, sports teams and a host of other groups and organizations and helping them with their fundraising efforts. Over the years, we've helped these groups raise thousands and thousands of dollars ... and we aim to keep doing so! For more information on fundraising, click on this link: Fundraising? Let us Help!
While a small sampling of the It's Clementine, Darling line is available to browse through and/or purchase via this site, the only way to really see what's new, exciting and the full range of Clementine Darling designs is to either have a party or be invited to one. The website is intended to give you an overview and show you some of the variety of styles we produce. The Clementine Darling line is available at retail only at select boutiques throughout the U.S. If you have questions about anything in the line, or are looking for something in particular, we do custom work all the time and are happy to create something just for you - so call or email us and we'll talk.
All of our jewelry is hand-strung by a cadre of women at our studio located in Kansas City, Missouri. Our sales force is comprised of amazing women who are located all over the country! We're always looking for new independent sales directors, so if you're interested, click on the Want to be a Darling Clementine link and we'll be in touch.
In many instances, our Cause-Related Jewelry Line has become the thing for which the company is best known. The Clementine Darlings make bracelets designed for breast cancer, Diabetes and heart disease awareness - to just a few. Our Spiritual Line is also a big seller throughout the U.S. But it's the fabulous pieces we design for celebrities that have often caused the most excitement. They've designed jewelry for several Grammy Awards ceremonies, popular television series' and, for the Oscar Nominees Luncheon event. We've participated in the Soap Opera Digest Awards, the MTV Radio Music Awards ceremonies, the VH1 Big in 2004 event, the VH1 annual Diva celebration events and have created a special 'tween line for use by Hilary Duff as she filmed a recent move.
We care less about the celebrity "stuff" than we do about the important work we do for our ordinary, average customers, but some people really care about the "famous stuff" - if you want more info about all that jazz .... read on!
