Love jewelry? Love wearing different styles and showing them off to all your friends? Have a bunch of friends, family or co-workers who love jewelry? Okay. Need we say more???

We are a small company and we're rapidly growing. We started in a handful of markets - many of which were small towns scattered across the U.S. Today, we're in major markets and in small towns, from Boston and New York, to Chicago and Minneapolis, all the way to Los Angeles and up and down the West Coast. Despite our growth, we're still very much a small company and when you work with us, you'll see that. We're very hands on and, to us, our Independent Sales Directors are truly the lifeblood of our company. It's critical to us that we empower them to be successful and do all we can to help them build their businesses.

There's no "boilerplate" as to what makes the perfect Darling Clementine independent sales rep. Some of our reps are stay-at-home moms, looking for something fun to do, to get them out of the house for a few hours a week and give them the chance to not only socialize a bit, but to earn some "mad money" as a result. Some of our reps are former career professionals who chose, at some point, to stay at home and raise children, but who still have a desire to be involved in business in some way. This provides the perfect outlet for them to put their various talents to work, dust off their creative and/ or competitive juices to and while still accommodate the schedule of their young families. Some of our independent sales reps are women who have other jobs and fulfilling careers, but who are looking for something to do in their "fun time." And some of our reps are women who just love jewelry, love sharing it with people and who can't get enough of our ever-changing line of fabulous stuff. So, whichever you are, we've got something just for you.

Make no mistake, being one of our Independent Sales Directors is a business. But, we're not kidding when we say that its probably one of the most fun things you'll ever do. Our compensation program is very generous, the support you'll get from the rest of us is amazing, we don't require our reps to invest ridiculous amounts of money in inventory and we keep paperwork to a minimum. Add to that the fact that our parties are not structured or stiff or boring, and there is no canned "presentation" that we require you to make and ... well, what's there to think about? We only require you to have fun, represent the line well and enjoy yourself.
